Hey Sam, how do you fancy shooting a wedding at the church they use for the film Love Actually, Grosvenor Chapel in London?!! Errrrrm, let me think about that one for a second….. HELL YEAH!!!
Aside from being the church in Love Actually, it’s clear to see why Gemma and Andrew chose Grosvenor Chapel in Mayfair for their wedding ceremony, it is as stunning it looks in the film, light and spacious, with classic English charm, what’s not to love?!
They then moved onto Dartmouth House for the reception, an equally impressive wedding venue in London, providing their friends and family with a pretty memorable day full of style and good vibes!

So I met Gemma at her London apartment for the bridal prep in the morning, and it was clear how important choosing Grosvenor Chapel in Mayfair was to her and Andrew for the wedding ceremony, they were so keen to provide their friends and family with an experience and a memory they’d remember for many years to come, and Grosvenor Chapel certainly does just that.
It’s hard to explain what makes it so special, but it’s clear to see why it was chosen for the film, and is so in demand for couples getting married in London.
It was a pretty damn good day, visually stunning, and action packed, which made it an amazing day to be a wedding photographer in London I can tell you!!
