Ok, so hopefully it’s clear that I love weddings, like crazy amounts! I love it even more when the couple have a child, there’s something about having them involved in the day that makes it super special. And all parents know you become an emotional wreck once you’ve had your first child, so throw that added emotion into the emotion of a wedding day, and you’ve got a pretty powerful day ahead! In Sarah and Ben’s case, multiply that emotion by 4!!! I know, they look way too good for 4 kids!!!!!
The day itself, held at the brilliant Swancar Farm on the outskirts of Nottingham, was non-stop, there was never a quiet moment or downtime, something was always happening. I love it that way! The weather didn’t turn out too bad either, especially given early predictions of thunderstorms all day, thankfully the forecasters got that one a little wrong! Although I’m not sure Sarah was particularly fond of the 50mph winds during the afternoon portraits!! Fortunately it did die down, and we managed to hike over a couple of fields later on in the evening. We even got a rainbow!!
For now, this is just a little preview of their brilliantly crazy day;
