Save the Date Shoot, Engagement – Victoria + Hongkai

Ok, so I love industrial estates. This one is my favourite.

If you’ve seen my work, you may have seen this one crop up on a couple of occasions now, mainly because its brilliant. However, a note to myself; the next time a lovely young couple from Oxford travel up to have some photo’s, maybe take them somewhere a little nicer!! Their impression of Derby won’t be good after this brief visit. I was always going to struggle to convince them it was actually a pleasant city after a group of youths scattered upon our arrival, not because I’m a big burly chap (quite the oppposite!), but actually because they’d just put a match to a sofa, as you do on a Monday evening whilst with your mates!!!!

That didn’t stop us. We setup a backdrop, painted it with a Save the Date, and took some photo’s. This is the result;
