If you’re looking for a classic and timeless wedding venue in London, you’re unlikely to find any better than Dartmouth House in Mayfair, in fact I’d go so far to say you’d do well to find any better in the UK! It really is that impressive.
It’s clear to see why Gemma and Andrew were drawn to Dartmouth House, it’s ideally located in the heart of a busy Mayfair in London, but once the front doors are closed, it’s serene, peaceful, and the perfect space for a wedding celebration. I’ve been a London wedding photographer on several occasions, but this was my first visit to Dartmouth House, and it did not disappoint.
Gemma and Andrew got married at Grosvenor Chapel before making their way to the wedding venue in Mayfair for the reception, which included lots of action on the dancefloor.
I’d like a property in Mayfair please!
So I met Gemma at her London apartment for the bridal prep in the morning, and it was clear her focus was on making sure each and every guest had a day to remember, it was super-relaxed, with a sense of excitement and anticipation.
We talked about their wedding plans for later on in the day at Dartmouth House, perfect to host a chilled day of celebrations with friends and family; relaxed, but mixed with great banter, dancing and entertainment, it sounded right up my street!!!
It was a pretty damn good day, which made it an amazing day to be a wedding photographer in London I can tell you!!
