I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ailsa and Josh for many years, so when they asked me to document their Italian wedding in Puglia, I jumped at the chance. I’d previously worked as a wedding photographer in Italy, visiting Tuscany and Sicily, but had never experienced the heel of Italy’s coastline.
Torre Coccaro is a Masseria, a 5 star resort surrounded by olive groves and dating back to the 16th century. Upon arrival, it doesn’t take long to realise why Ailsa and Josh chose this wedding venue in Italy as the location to bring friends and family for a weekend of celebration.
Full of charm and character, it was the perfect venue for a wedding in Italy, even the dramatic change in the weather couldn’t happen anyones spirits.
who cares if it rains!!
Ailsa and Josh didn’t, I know it’s not what anyone had planned, but you either accept the weather and get on with it, or you don’t. These guys chose the former, and it was without doubt the best decision anyone could have made.
They were helped in the planning by the very impressive Wiskow and White, who did what any good planner should, and took all of the stress and pressure away from Ailsa and Josh to allow them to focus on making the most of the day with their friends and family.
If you’re looking for any wedding suppliers in Italy such as Wiskow and White, I strongly urge you to check out La Lista – the ultimate resource for any couple opting to get married in Italy!

“MAAAAAAAATE!
To say we’re blown away is an understatement. You’ve absolutely smashed it and we’re so excited to show everyone! It’s given us those goosebumps seeing the photos back, and most importantly reminded us of bits we completely forgot about! We’re so chuffed.– Ailsa and Josh, 2018
So a massive thank you. We’re over the moon.”
