La Escollera Ibiza Wedding Photography – Lisa and Matt

35 years on this earth, and it took me until 2018 to finally get my skinny little ass onto the “White Island”, otherwise known as Ibiza! It was to be Lisa and Matt’s wedding at La Escorella, and I’ll be totally honest, Ibiza never used to appeal, I was never big into the clubbing scene, and I would always choose to sit in an alpine bar with my feet strapped into my board than on a beach applying another dose of factor 50!!! But guess what guys…… I can’t wait to go back to Ibiza this summer!!!!! sssshhhh, don’t tell anyone, but it’s bloody amazing over there! Even as I type this, I’m beaming thinking about how beautiful the island is, and how amazing the food was, seriously, some of the best food I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing! And the wine! And the brunches!! I can’t wait!!!

I love all of my couples, I genuinely do, but when I’m old, grey and miserable, Lisa and Matt will hold an extra special place in my memories for being the couple who were the catalyst for getting me to Ibiza! I will also fondly remember them for hosting one of the best wedding parties and dance floors I’ve ever witnessed!!! It turns out people like to party hard in Ibiza!!!! 😉

La Escollera couldn’t have been a more perfect location or venue for these guys; situated on the south west part of Ibiza near Sant Jordi, intimate and right on the coast, it was the ideal space to gather their friends and family for one crazy night of drinking and dancing! The ceremony location over looking the sea wasn’t too bad either!

So here it is, Lisa and Matt doing their thing at La Escollera in Ibiza! I suppose there’s only one thing left for me to say really….. HIERBAS!!!!
