Looking back through these shots from Michelle and Kieran’s wedding, I struggle to find the words to sum up how the day went.
I remember pulling up in the morning, and within 5 minutes of being welcomed into Michelle’s family home, her dad had plated me up a traditional greek/cypriot chicken and lentil dish (good fuel for the day in my eyes!!). That kind of says it all really. In a weird kind of way, it set the tone for the day. I was instantly made to feel part of the family celebrations by an extremely proud dad, all because of a simple, but very kind gesture.
Michelle and Kieran, well, they were amazing. It was the first time we’d met as they’re both based out in New York, plenty of emails were exchanged and the odd phone call, but it kind of felt like we’d all been friends for years. We had a great little laugh and shoot after the wedding, we said hello to Milo the dog, walked around the family garden and soaked up some sun. It was a real highlight of the day.
This is Michelle and Kieran, featuring Michelle’s nan (who didn’t want to be photographed, well thats what she said!), Michelle’s Dad in the kitchen, Milo the dog, and plenty of awesome guests partying hard!!
