It’s been a real pleasure getting to know Louise, Simon and Murph (Black Labrador!) over the past year or so. Louise emailed me back in August 2011 about her Leicester Guildhall wedding photography, I’m not sure where those 11 months went, but it was well worth the wait. It was clear very early on that this was going to be an epic wedding, the Guildhall in Leicester appeared to be a ‘shakespearian’ choice of venue, extremely beautiful and full of character. There was to be a vintage double decker bus to ferry the guests to and from the ceremony, a huge marquee set on the family farm, and Simon had an enormous crush on Liam and Noel, so we were inevitably going to get along just fine… and we did, he even offered to show me his floral boxer shorts!!!
So, it had all of the ingredients to be a brilliant day…. a gorgeous venue, a backdrop for any bride to envy, vintage motors, wonderful guests, sunshine, great food and plenty of booze, but most of all, an amazing couple. Strip it all back, and thats all that matters, 2 people completely in love wanting to share their special day with close friends and family. So, here you go Louise and Simon, your wedding day, a day that I felt truly privileged to be part of…
