The Cotswolds is quite rightly one of the UK’s most sought after locations, and for weddings it has so much to offer. One of those locations is Cripps Barn, the Gloucestershire wedding venue packed with character and charm.
Cripps Barn is an 18th century Cotswold stone barn located just outside Bibury in Gloucestershire, and I’ve been fortunate to document several weddings there over the past decade, including that of Rebecca and Riccardo in 2019.
I feel very fortunate to have been a wedding photographer at Cripps Barn. Not only is Cripps Barn a well run and intimate wedding venue in the Cotswolds, the secret weapon they have over most is that they know how to cook!! There’s no dull wedding food in sight over here, if you’re after a fine dining experience for your guests, Cripps Barn should absolutely be on your list of options!

It’s clear to see why Rebecca and Riccardo chose Cripps Barn for their wedding in the Cotswolds, but there’s much to the venue that meets the eye. It’s superbly well run, everyone there, from management to the bar staff make it feel incredibly personal, it really is a blueprint for how wedding venues should be run.
And if that isn’t enough, the grounds and surrounding fields are stunning, the sun set is incredible, and as mentioned above, the food is on another level, I can absolutely guarantee no guest would be disappointed!
